Digital Marketing Agency

About the Company

Fello is a molded-plastic chair manufacturing brand in Pakistan, operating primarily through a strong physical and industrial distribution network. The demand was there, and the products were moving, but digitally, the brand had almost no presence. As the market began shifting online, Fello realized it was time to show up where its audience was already spending their attention. That’s when they partnered with artxpro to build a strong social media presence and bring the brand into the digital space.

The Challenges They Encountered

When Fello approached us, the challenge wasn’t to take the business online. The brand was already performing well through distributors and traditional sales channels. What they wanted was a stronger digital presence that would help them connect with end consumers and build brand recognition beyond the point of sale.

Since Fello had primarily operated as a B2B brand, there was little online content or communication aimed at consumers. The challenge was to create a consistent digital identity and make everyday products like plastic chairs feel relevant, relatable, and engaging on social media without changing the core of the brand.

Innovative Strategies Implemented

Instead of jumping straight into content production, we first focused on building a digital presence that felt consistent, recognizable, and aligned with Fello’s established identity. Since the brand already held a strong position offline, the goal was not to reinvent it, but to give people a reason to notice, trust, and remember it online.

We developed a simple visual direction that could be carried across posts, product highlights, and everyday communication. Rather than presenting chairs as standalone products, we showcased them in real-life environments: homes, outdoor spaces, workplaces, and everyday settings where they naturally fit into people’s routines.

The content focused on practicality, comfort, durability, and the role Fello products play in daily life. Messaging was kept clear and straightforward, making the brand easy to understand and relatable for a wider audience. This helped Fello gradually build familiarity with consumers online while staying true to its identity as a trusted molded-plastic furniture manufacturer.

By maintaining consistency in visuals, tone, and product presentation, Fello began creating a digital presence that supported its existing offline strength and gave the brand a more visible place in the market’s growing online conversation.

Success:Mission Accomplished!

For a brand that started with almost no digital footprint, the shift didn’t happen overnight, but it did start happening. Fello began to show up where it previously didn’t exist at all. People started watching the content, engaging with it, and slowly recognizing the brand across platforms. Facebook content started reaching 14K views, while Instagram began picking up attention with 2.4K post views. Even simple visits to the page reached 2.6k, which showed that people weren’t just scrolling past; they were actually curious enough to check the brand out. And most importantly, the Instagram community started to form, crossing 317 followers in a space where there was nothing structured before. But beyond the numbers, the real shift was something else: the brand was no longer just a manufacturer people knew offline. It had started to feel like a presence online too.
